High Country Bushcrafter
Built for the backcountry and designed to handle whatever the day brings, the High Country Bushcrafter is a versatile, hard-working knife equally at home around camp, in the field, or processing game.
The High Country was born by combining elements of two proven QuickHatch designs—the Wolfer and Huntsman—into one all-around hunting and bushcraft knife. The result is a balanced, capable blade paired with an incredibly comfortable ergonomic bottle-shaped handle that provides a secure, natural grip during extended use.
With a 5-inch blade, 5-inch handle, and rugged 3/16-inch blade thickness, the High Country has the size and strength for demanding outdoor work while remaining comfortable and controllable for more detailed tasks. Whether you're processing game, preparing kindling, working around camp, or tackling everyday backcountry chores, it's designed to be the knife you reach for when you only want to carry one.
Each High Country Bushcrafter features a hardness of 59–60 HRC and comes standard with your choice of black, tan, or OD green Micarta scales, paired with your choice of brass or aluminum pins.
