What Makes It QuickHatch
Workmanship
Questions about fit, finish, handle work, sheath fit, or other build details should be sent with photos and the order information.
Normal Wear
Scratches, patina, edge wear, sheath marks, and handle character are normal signs of a knife being used in the field.
Care Matters
High-carbon steels need to be dried, lightly oiled, and stored properly. Rust from wet storage or neglect is not the same as a workmanship issue.
Use With Respect
Knives are cutting tools. Damage from prying, throwing, batoning beyond the design, grinding, modification, or unsafe misuse is reviewed separately.
